Lead supply chain strategy and execution for multi-site food and beverage manufacturing. Own procurement, supplier negotiations, production and inventory planning, demand forecasting and S&OP. Optimize logistics, reduce cost and risk, implement planning/ERP improvements, and drive continuous improvement and compliance across procurement, manufacturing coordination, and distribution.

Support the Senior Commodities Director with data management and analysis of commodity prices, costs, forecasts, and purchase positions. Create and maintain Excel reports, coordinate internally and with customers on volumes/pricing, assist forecasts and commodity coverage, perform administrative tasks, and evaluate physical coffee and tea products.

Serve as the on-site HR contact for two manufacturing facilities, managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, compliance, engagement initiatives, recordkeeping, and performance management while partnering with the HR Director to implement HR programs and support operational staffing needs.
