Support the Engineering team by assisting with data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline development; perform exploratory data analysis and visualizations; build/query SQL databases; contribute to codebases using Git; document pipelines and findings; complete well-scoped software tasks under mentorship.

Lead end-to-end production for multi-format educational programs, implement and operationalize CMS/DAM, drive process improvement and quality, manage vendors and budgets, and partner cross-functionally to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and production standards.

Deliver in-person and virtual Fundations and Just Words professional learning and classroom coaching for educators nationwide. Schedule and report assignments, support implementation fidelity, facilitate workshops and certifications, consult with teachers and administrators, represent Wilson at events, and support continuous improvement of coaching and presentation practices.

Manage a portfolio of K-12 customers as the primary post-sales contact to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Deliver high-touch onboarding, training, and enablement (virtual and in-person), analyze customer data, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales and internal teams, and represent the customer voice to improve products and outcomes.
