Leads sales, catering, and marketing strategy for a large lifestyle hotel. Responsibilities include driving group and event business, developing market partnerships, optimizing revenue strategies with revenue management, strengthening digital brand presence, managing budgets and sales plans, and leading a high-performing department team.

Maintains hotel guest-floor corridors, service areas, vending and laundry areas, elevators, landings, and floor closets. Replenishes linens and supplies, cleans glasses, removes trash and dirty linen, transports laundry and guest-requested items, handles lost and found, and supports housekeeping staff while following safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Manages daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial reconciliations, budget monitoring, audit documentation, and HR administration. Supports onboarding, benefits enrollment, employee records, recruitment logistics, scheduling, correspondence, and office systems. Coordinates with contracted accountants, payroll and HR providers, and organizational leadership while maintaining confidential and accurate records.

Responsible for developing and managing sales activities for groups with 10 rooms or less, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Requires strong customer relations and organizational skills.
