Manage and grow domestic Chlor‑Alkali customer accounts across North America, develop sales strategies, forecast volumes, build relationships from purchasing to production, collaborate with internal teams, and support continuous improvement and project work. Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning. Support maintenance planning, supplier and HSE collaboration, equipment validation, troubleshooting, KPI analysis, corrective actions, and Quality Management System improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Manage regulatory compliance and product safety for compounds across Europe and Asia, including registrations, SDS/labeling, hazard classification, dangerous goods, regulatory monitoring, and cross‑functional guidance for product introductions.

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for increasing sales and market share by building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distribution partners in Washington and Oregon.
