Leads global physical security and GSOC operations, including 24/7 monitoring, incident response, intelligence coordination, travel security, event security, executive protection support, and operational improvement. Supports private equity investment products through product management, investment oversight, performance and portfolio analytics, client reporting, marketing materials, fundraising, investor due diligence, and relationship management. The role collaborates across investment, technology, fund services, marketing, and compliance teams; contributes to technology initiatives and interdepartmental projects; and eventually participates in client and prospect meetings to communicate investment strategies, portfolios, and performance.

Manage daily collateral and margin processing for OTC derivatives and MSFTA agreements. Responsibilities include calculating and responding to margin calls, processing cash and non-cash collateral movements, monitoring settlements and reconciliations, resolving trade failures and disputes, tracking collateral balances and eligibility, and maintaining procedures and controls. The role collaborates with brokers, counterparties, trading, client teams, and technology partners in a fast-paced environment.

Design, develop, and support scalable regulatory technology systems using Python, Java, cloud services, APIs, microservices, and automated delivery practices. Provide architecture guidance, production support, incident resolution, system optimization, and technical leadership. Owns architecture for institutional client technology platforms supporting onboarding, servicing, reporting, and relationship analytics. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions, establishes integration, data, security, and governance standards, and ensures alignment with enterprise controls. Partners with architects, engineers, data teams, and senior stakeholders through delivery and platform evolution. The role also supports data strategy, regulatory obligations, audit readiness, and client confidentiality while mentoring engineers and business analysts across globally distributed teams.

Supports Wellington Management’s private investments legal team across private equity and private credit deal lifecycles, fund formation, legal data tracking, workflow and pipeline tools, recordkeeping, playbooks, confidentiality agreements, and routine transaction agreements. Collaborates with legal, investment, business, operational, and external provider teams while organizing information and improving scalable processes and knowledge management.

Manage end-to-end private equity deal lifecycle including deal approval, execution/settlement, restriction tracking, corporate actions and liquidity events; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; analyze legal documentation; reconcile positions and cash; enhance processes, controls and supporting technology; and provide data for performance and reporting.

Support annual fund financial statement audits and regulatory filings; perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting and client reporting; liaise with auditors, custodians, and fund administrators; drive process improvements, internal controls, and documentation; support fund-related projects and systems efficiencies using IT/BI tools.

Lead design, implement, deploy, and support the IBOR backend platform. Build scalable, secure Java/Spring services, develop RESTful APIs, collaborate with analysts, PMs, architects, and QA, and use CI/CD and AI-assisted tools to maintain a business-critical production environment.

Review and advise on marketing materials for registered funds to ensure compliance with Investment Company Act, SEC Marketing Rule, FINRA Rule 2210, and Rule 482. Draft disclosures, conduct compliance testing, monitor regulatory developments, assess marketing compliance risks, coordinate with global compliance teams, deliver training, maintain policies and applications, and support examinations and stakeholder communications.

Supports fixed income product teams through portfolio integrity, performance, risk exposure, market, competitor, product overlap, and capacity analyses. Contributes to investment strategy and client solution development, prepares white papers and presentations, and gradually participates in client and consultant meetings. The role also supports product governance, business planning, pricing, guidelines, and risk management while collaborating with investment, client, and business teams.

Supports a broker-dealer compliance program by maintaining policies and procedures, assisting with representative registrations, conducting compliance testing, delivering regulatory training, monitoring regulatory developments, and responding to regulatory inquiries. The role requires broker-dealer compliance experience, familiarity with FINRA and investment adviser regulations, strong data analysis, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Serve as strategic partner to the CTO to align technology portfolio to business outcomes, manage technology financials and assets, drive agile transformation and change leadership, shape talent and organizational design, and provide executive communications and governance to ensure measurable value delivery.

Provide dedicated administrative support to investors on the Industrials & Energy team: manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, plan meetings and conferences, handle expense reports, support team logistics and offsites, exercise discretion with confidential matters, provide cross-coverage, and drive follow-through on ad hoc projects in a fast-paced investment environment.

Lead and grow institutional client relationships in Canada by understanding clients investment and servicing needs, conducting portfolio reviews, supporting onboarding, coordinating internal resources, driving retention and cross-sell efforts, and representing Wellington at meetings and conferences.

Lead planning, governance, and operating-model design for the Infrastructure Platform. Own annual/quarterly planning cycles, scorecard/reporting, and cross-functional risk, issue, and dependency management. Diagnose operating friction, design improvements, drive implementation with leaders, and communicate outcomes to senior executives to ensure strategic initiatives progress.

Lead technical architect for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com applications. Provide architectural ownership, design standards, and mentorship; ensure integrations, data modeling, security, and platform health across globally distributed teams within a regulated financial services environment.
