This role supports clinical program creation, maintenance, and client implementations at Wellframe by developing and managing the clinical components of our care programs. This includes contributing to content development, clinical product design, and strategic decision-making that result in delivery of clinical programs and related supporting materials to relevant organizational stakeholders, driving client success. The Clinical Quality Manager will be responsible for promoting the clinical integrity of our care programs while optimizing for a dynamic, mobile platform. They will report to the Director of Clinical Programs, and work closely with the Senior Clinical Quality Manager. A successful Clinical Quality Manager will effectively leverage client needs, user experience, business priorities, and clinical standards to make informed program design decisions that provide ongoing value to our customers. Because you will contribute across many facets of our team's needs, you will need to be able to collaborate effectively across the organization, and demonstrate flexibility and strong problem-solving.

The Client Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact for his or her assigned clients, working within a multidisciplinary, team-based client delivery model. Reporting to the Director of Client Strategy & Operations, the Client Operations Manager will own the program implementation, ongoing day-to-day operations, and corresponding relationships with clients. The Senior Translation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Wellframe’s product and content reach diverse member populations by owning the translation and supporting the localization of our platform. This role will supervise and participate in the translation of Wellframe’s evidence-based care programs, which are delivered to patients on mobile devices. These programs address a wide variety of patient needs from chronic disease management to weight loss to stress reduction. The Senior Translation Specialist will be responsible for supervising the translation process from English to other languages in collaboration with external translation organizations, as well as doing some in-house translation, editing, and QA themselves depending on workload needs. This role sits within the Product department and reports to the Director of Clinical Programs. Success the role is demonstrated through timely and high quality translation of the Wellframe experience for target member populations.
