The Associate Regional Vice President is responsible for business development, managing relationships with custodial partners, and transitioning clients to WEG Advisors. The role involves educating clients, conducting presentations, and understanding client needs while adhering to company communication strategies.

Administer and govern the firm's planning technology ecosystem: vendor management, licensing, platform administration, M&A onboarding and migrations, integrations, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement to ensure platforms are supported, compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives.

Lead and coach a team of Regional Vice Presidents to drive new client acquisition, manage performance, refine onboarding, run pipeline reviews, and report results to firm leadership.
