Execute a high-volume email marketing program in HubSpot, including building, QA, scheduling, automation, segmentation, deliverability checks, and election-timed sends. Maintain the send calendar, support onboarding and activation campaigns, report on engagement performance, and identify issues before deployment. The role requires independent execution under fixed deadlines and collaboration with an email strategist and data team.

Own full-funnel demand generation for two political campaign SaaS products during the election cycle. Manage activation programs, paid media across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, acquisition and GOTV content, funnel analytics, and weekly performance reporting. Lead the transition of paid media in-house, test new channels, drive product activation and revenue, and support candidate trainings and campaign promotions.

Manage a website refresh with an external agency, coordinating timelines, approvals, assets, and internal stakeholders. Improve conversion rates, landing pages, SEO, lead capture, redirects, tracking, and post-launch optimization. Maintain product marketing pages and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual standards. The role requires HubSpot experience, website project management, CRO knowledge, SEO fundamentals, stakeholder communication, and alignment with Democratic and progressive causes.
