The Revenue Integrity Auditor validates charges and coding, performs quality control, analyzes revenue leakage, and communicates findings to clients while maintaining coding requirements.

Serve as the primary post-sale contact for enterprise clients to drive product adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build strategic account plans, engage executive stakeholders, resolve escalations, analyze usage data and health metrics, recommend best practices, mentor juniors, and influence product roadmap to maximize customer value and revenue.
