Manage planning and execution of scheduled and forced outages at assigned fossil power plants. Oversee contractors, craft personnel, and manufacturers to meet cost, schedule, quality, safety, and environmental objectives. Develop and track outage schedules, manage procurement and costs, and support long-range project planning.

Provide technical engineering support for gas and steam turbines, generators, and balance-of-plant equipment. Duties include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy development, outage planning and oversight, vendor coordination, economic justification for projects, and fleetwide rotating equipment support while collaborating with operations, maintenance, reliability, procurement, and external vendors.
