Build and maintain the full-stack Raise product: polished donor-facing UIs and backend systems. Own features end-to-end, ensure scalability, reliability, and performance, review AI-generated code, collaborate with Product and Design, write clean testable code, and support observability and incident resolution.

Manage a named list of nonprofit accounts to generate pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead qualification. Conduct qualifying calls and ROI evaluations, maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, hit activity and meeting quotas, and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives. Support field marketing and attend trade shows to drive engagement.

Serve as a product expert and consultant for nonprofit customers: lead discovery sessions, design/configure donor engagement solutions, build automations, reports, forms, and trainings, manage Professional Services engagements, document best practices, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve repeatable services.
