Develops and retains complex farm insurance accounts by partnering with agents, conducting risk and coverage reviews, supporting proposals and renewals, and identifying sales opportunities. Provides technical expertise on Farmowner policies, agricultural operations, underwriting, endorsements, and risk management. Trains and coaches agents through workshops and field support, coordinates with underwriting, and builds relationships with agents, policyholders, prospects, and agricultural organizations across Virginia.

Supports cloud security operations across Azure and AWS, including posture management, identity and access controls, architecture reviews, network security, DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code reviews, data protection, monitoring, incident response, compliance assessments, and leadership reporting. Coordinates remediation with infrastructure, application development, and information security teams while maintaining cloud security policies, dashboards, documentation, and audit evidence.
