Assist with U.S. individual income tax returns, cost projections, tax law research, compliance projects, and data analysis for international workforce mobility clients. The intern will collaborate with teams, support client relationships, communicate findings, identify process improvements, and contribute to innovative tax solutions while developing practical tax compliance skills.

Manage global mobility tax compliance and advisory services for internationally mobile employees. Prepare and review tax filings, advise on withholding, social security, tax equalization, assignment structures, and tax-efficient benefits. Collaborate with finance, HR, clients, auditors, and tax authorities; research country-specific regulations; maintain audit-ready records; manage engagement finances and client relationships; and identify business development opportunities.

Assist delivery of global equity compensation solutions: support design, implementation, compliance, and administration of global share plans. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax; perform payroll tax withholding calculations and due diligence; prepare reporting, dashboards, and tax matrices; support employee education and year-end reporting. Contribute to client deliverables under senior guidance.
