Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepares journal entries, GAAP-compliant financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports. Maintains fixed assets, intercompany accounting, revenue and deferred revenue records, policies, and documentation. The role requires strong customer-facing communication, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with clinical diagnostics or life sciences software. Genomics and clinical laboratory experience, especially Next Generation Sequencing, are preferred.

Leads architecture, delivery, production operations, reliability, modernization, and engineering organization across three regulated product lines. Establishes technical standards, governs infrastructure and CI/CD, owns SLOs and incident improvement, advances federated data and governed AI capabilities, and modernizes clinical and diagnostic platforms. Manages distributed teams across India and Serbia, develops leadership depth, makes architecture decisions, reviews code and infrastructure, and partners with security, compliance, quality, product, customers, funders, and auditors.

Coordinates recruitment across US and EMEA, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS data maintenance, offer approvals, onboarding support, compliance, reporting, and hiring-manager assistance. The role supports employer branding, recruitment operations, process improvements, documentation, and recruitment projects while ensuring a positive candidate experience and accurate hiring workflows. It requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities across time zones.

Sell Velsera's life-sciences SaaS and genomics solutions to pharma, biotech, CROs, and academic medical centers. Develop new business, manage complex $1M+ enterprise deals, build account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally to scope solutions, maintain forecasts and pipeline, represent the company at industry events, and support data sourcing for the Global Data Network.

Provide specialized technical support for bioinformatics, precision medicine, and workflow automation products. Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues, document interactions, create knowledge base content, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior staff, and support continuous improvement and escalation reduction.
