Dental insurance
VelocityEHS provides two dental plans for employees to choose from. All dental plans cover 100% of preventative care.
Disability insurance
All full-time VelocityEHS employees receive company-paid Short-Term Disability (60% weekly, up to $1,500) and Long-Term Disability (60% monthly, up to $15,000) insurance.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
VelocityEHS allows access to pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts: Medical FSAs, Dependent Care Accounts, and Limited Purpose FSAs
Health insurance
VelocityEHS offers three medical plans for employees to choose from, including a HDHP and two PPO options. Medical coverage is offered through a nationwide network with affordable employee premiums.

Generous PTO
VelocityEHS employees receive between 17 and 32 days per year of paid time off based on years of service, not including additional volunteer and reflection days.
Paid volunteer time
All employees start with 1 day of paid volunteer time per year. This increase to 2 days per year after 3 years of employment.
