Design, build, and maintain scalable Databricks-based data pipelines and ELT workflows; develop and document dbt models; define data modeling methodology; ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability; collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; provide technical guidance and deliver improvements to clients' data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Lead enterprise data strategy and governance engagements; advise C-suite clients; design governance frameworks (MDM, metadata, data quality, access controls); oversee delivery, mentor leaders, drive business development and thought leadership; align modern data stack to business outcomes.

Lead and grow a portfolio of client accounts, establish long-term relationships through onsite meetings, develop strategic account plans, drive revenue and margin targets, mentor team members, manage forecasts in Salesforce, support business development and RFPs, and provide industry thought leadership with an AI-forward perspective.
