Lead and coordinate EMR integration implementations (SMART-on-FHIR, HL7/FHIR, proprietary APIs, CCDA) with providers and partners, manage project plans, testing, training, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful go-lives.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Risk & Quality AI solutions. Operationalize LLM/NLP/OCR/agent workflows, define evaluation and monitoring, ensure responsible AI and regulatory compliance, partner with engineering/ML/clinical/compliance, and mentor a product team to deliver measurable client impact.

Senior leader accountable for success, retention, expansion, and executive alignment of strategic healthcare clients. Owns multi-product engagements across risk adjustment, quality, analytics, and clinical programs; leads client success teams, drives measurable outcomes, influences product strategy, and ensures value realization and growth with C-suite engagement.
