Vatica Health Benefits Overview

Coordinates healthcare provider and practice onboarding, including documentation, access setup, payment enrollment, status reporting, and issue resolution. Collaborates with sales, clinical operations, engagement, finance, and analytics teams; manages JIRA requests and support tickets; leads implementation meetings and tracks action items. Maintains accurate Salesforce documentation and serves as a subject matter expert for site setup issues while supporting organizational projects.

Recruits and manages healthcare practices and providers for Vatica Health’s clinical service programs. Secures provider contracts, develops and maintains network relationships, collaborates with health plans and internal clinical and operations teams, analyzes participation and program performance data, and recommends engagement strategies. The role also supports sales campaigns, market development, onboarding and training, and provider engagement projects across assigned territories.

Lead enterprise cloud architecture across AWS and Azure, design scalable multi-cloud networking and IaC (Terraform) at scale, drive large migrations, mentor engineers, support HIPAA/HITRUST compliance, and own major infrastructure initiatives and incident response.
