Lead Vanilla’s mid-market and HNW/family office sales teams as a player-coach. Own revenue, pipeline generation, sales methodology, forecasting, CRM discipline, deal execution, territory planning, and team performance. Personally support strategic and competitive deals while coaching sellers at scale. Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Strategic Partnerships to improve conversion, cycle time, forecast accuracy, rep productivity, and quota attainment.

Act as primary customer contact to onboard clients, drive product adoption, create and manage success plans, own renewals and expansion, mitigate churn, gather customer insights, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to improve tools, processes, and customer experience.

Hands-on engineering leader who writes and reviews production code while managing a small team. Architects scalable systems, drives engineering and product strategy, improves developer workflows, supports pre-sales and integrations, defines KPIs, and partners cross-functionally to deliver high-quality SaaS products with evolving AI capabilities.
