Leads global trade compliance across export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations. Serves as Empowered Official, manages export authorizations and international shipping reviews, advises leadership, interfaces with regulators, supports audits and M&A, investigates disclosures, delivers training, and supervises global trade personnel. Requires extensive ITAR, EAR, defense services, licensing, government systems, and DoD-related compliance experience.

Provides administrative and reporting support for healthcare facility operations. Maintains work order, maintenance, service order, leak, equipment, and recovery plan trackers; compiles status reports and meeting materials; follows up on missing information; tracks deadlines, approvals, purchase orders, and closeout documentation; organizes files and action items; and flags overdue or conflicting information for operations leadership.

Supports the Mobilization Director with personnel deployment, redeployment, staffing, administrative coordination, security vetting, candidate follow-up, briefings, documentation, and policy implementation. Processes personnel through DoD and CENTCOM security requirements, assists with CI and SF86 packets, schedules meetings, communicates with government clients and stakeholders, and ensures deployment milestones are completed on time. The role requires flexibility for global time zones, occasional after-hours work, travel, and stressful operational environments.

Administers a portfolio of government subcontracts across IDIQ, cost-plus, fixed-price, and time-and-material arrangements. Supports proposal preparation, pricing, negotiations, FAR/DFARS compliance, subcontractor due diligence, invoice review, risk assessment, reporting, and flow-down of contractual requirements. Coordinates with program stakeholders, contracts administrators, accounting, and domestic and foreign subcontractors. Requires strong understanding of government contracting, CPSR environments, small-business regulations, SCA wage schedules, and compliant subcontract files.

Leads the contracts function for Valiant’s Mission Support business, managing a team and a complex portfolio of U.S. government contracts. Responsibilities include cradle-to-grave contract administration, reviewing awards and modifications, negotiating with government agencies and prime contractors, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, supporting business development, and coordinating with operations, finance, and legal. The role also oversees staff development and requires expertise in federal acquisition regulations, government contracting practices, and defense-related compliance.

Designs and builds secure enterprise AI architecture, integrations, agents, retrieval pipelines, and workflows. Owns AI technical delivery, evaluates platforms, establishes reusable architecture standards, and integrates AI with enterprise systems. Ensures deployments protect CUI and comply with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and organizational security requirements. Partners with governance, security, and compliance teams while monitoring solution performance, cost, and reliability.
