It’s a sense of belonging shared by Program Manager Natalia Tanko, who believes diversity is the key to problem solving. “The climate crisis is deeply intertwined with the social issues we’re facing in the world — gender, sexuality, race, income,” they said. “In order for us to come up with meaningful solutions, we need to have everyone involved in creating ideas and building our future.”
