Own and grow a portfolio of e-commerce referral and broker partnerships. Source and close new partners, negotiate agreements and co-selling terms, onboard relationships, manage performance reviews, track KPIs, forecast pipeline, analyze ROI, and optimize incentives. Own Uncapped’s US embedded finance partnerships across platforms, marketplaces, and payment providers. Responsibilities include segmenting and prioritizing the partner portfolio, sourcing and closing complex technical deals, negotiating commercial terms, managing partner-sourced revenue, coordinating integration roadmaps with Product and Engineering, and producing performance reporting and forecasts. The role requires substantial fintech and strategic partnerships experience, strong commercial negotiation skills, and familiarity with US e-commerce and CRM systems.

Identify and qualify ecommerce businesses for working capital financing, conduct multichannel outreach to founders and finance leaders, manage the sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, develop outreach strategies, and collaborate with account executives throughout the sales cycle. Run inbound/outbound cadences, hit activity and velocity SLAs, manage deals end-to-end in days, maintain HubSpot hygiene, and compete on leaderboards while partnering with senior AEs and credit to close deals quickly.

Own and build Uncapped's outbound engine end-to-end: sending infrastructure and deliverability, prospecting and enrichment flows, ICP/scoring, GTM stack consolidation (CRM, sequencers, enrichment), SDR enablement, performance analytics, and cross-functional alignment to scale multi-channel outbound.
