Coordinates with Product, Partnerships, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing to ensure launch readiness, communicate customer value, incorporate adoption insights, and support partner updates and reporting.

Own strategic marketing relationships with major partners including Meta, Snap, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and OpenAI. Translate commercial agreements into marketing strategies, manage partner calendars and initiatives, coordinate cross-functional execution, oversee budgets, report on performance, run QBRs, and represent the company at partner events. The role requires hands-on experience with major advertising or technology partners and strong collaboration across commercial, legal, product marketing, and leadership teams.

Lead customer activation for Moby, translating ecommerce brands’ goals and marketing challenges into practical AI workflows. Coach founders, marketers, agencies, and growth teams on using Moby for paid media, measurement, creative, and planning. Build customer trust, recommend use cases, maintain strategic relationships, identify repeatable activation patterns, create playbooks, and relay feedback to product, design, and engineering.
