• Write for a dizzying range of on- and offline marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, banner ads, landing pages, UX microcopy, direct mail, print ads, video, etc.
• Support stakeholders across TripAdvisor – including brand marketing, customer activation, partnerships, social media and beyond – with engaging messaging that connects with travelers on both practical and emotional levels, and motivates them to take action.
• Collaborate with creative team leadership and key stakeholders in helping us to define and wield our new brand strategy and voice across any and all touchpoints. Our ideal candidate is someone who’s lived this role, rather than just writing to pre-existing and well-established brand standards.
• Develop customized strategies and copy based on defined customer segments, user behavior research, and best practice standards.
• Demonstrate the flexibility to take feedback from bright, engaged and highly opinionated stakeholders in constructive and collaborative terms, and use new input to shift gears on the fly and refine your work to make it even stronger and more effective.
