Lead human-centered design for a federal healthcare modernization product team: plan and conduct research, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, ensure accessibility and compliance, collaborate with product and engineering, mentor designers, and drive AI-augmented design practices across programs.

Support Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care program through healthcare operations consulting: manage projects, produce deliverables, analyze provider network and contract issues, develop presentations, document client communications, and apply process improvement and project management practices to meet timelines and quality standards.

Develop and maintain DCMA-compliant technical schedules for EHR interface deployments. Produce client-facing and leadership reports, identify and escalate schedule risks, coordinate with cross-functional teams and ~30-40 POCs, present schedule briefings, and support integration and deployment activities using MS Project, Jira, and related tools.
