Provide onsite HR administrative support for two manufacturing sites, handling talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll and benefits assistance, leaves of absence, safety and workers' compensation intake, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and site-level employee relations and training support.

Responsible for wire preparation, insulation removal, and pin crimping in a cable manufacturing environment, ensuring electrical integrity and customer satisfaction.

Outside sales role focused on driving revenue in maritime and subsea markets by developing territory strategy, acquiring new customers, expanding key accounts, and closing technical sales for interconnect and engineered components. Requires collaboration with engineering for customized solutions, managing full sales cycle, attending industry events, and maintaining CRM and sales forecasts. Extensive travel (30-40%) and independent territory management expected.

Develop new business and maintain customer relationships for custom cable and electromechanical solutions. Conduct prospecting, on-site visits, presentations, and demos; collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver solutions; manage CRM, forecasts, and sales strategy to meet revenue targets.

Design, implement, and maintain global network infrastructure including switching, routing, wireless, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking. Troubleshoot performance, enforce security policies, document configurations, collaborate with peers and vendors, provide on-call support, and travel to sites as needed.

Responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, managing sales pipelines, maintaining client relationships, and reporting on sales performance to drive growth.
