Manages and develops Project Managers, serves as an executive escalation point, reviews forecasts and financial projections, supports staffing and business development, maintains senior customer relationships, and drives project governance, operational improvement, and quality and safety standards.

Lead a portfolio of control-systems projects, accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction. Mentor Project Managers, resolve escalations, approve forecasts and financials, ensure QMS and contract alignment, drive risk mitigation, and maintain stakeholder relationships while supporting resource planning and change management.

The Site Manager oversees field installation activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with project stakeholders and managing installation documentation.
