Short-term (Aug–Sept) rapid-response organizer to recruit, train, and mobilize volunteers for a congressional-district climate campaign. Duties include canvassing, petitioning, event planning/execution, coalition building, digital outreach, peer-to-peer texting, social media engagement, data tracking, and daily reporting. Must build relationships across diverse communities and work evenings/weekends.

Lead and build the company's technology function: modernize internal systems, unify employment and payroll pipelines, own the system of record, harden data pipelines and analytics, enforce security and AI governance, and grow a resilient BI/systems team. Deliver an architecture and roadmap, run migrations and pilots, and support a presidential-scale campaign cycle on scalable foundations.
