Leads human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration for a senior living community. Oversees accounts payable, financial reporting, budget procedures, and concierge team leadership. Partners with community leaders on workforce planning, culture, staffing, and employee development while ensuring a high-quality hospitality experience for residents, families, and visitors.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating services, supervising resident assistants, and reporting community and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services.

Provides accounting and clerical support for a continuing care retirement community. Enters resident and health center billing data, records deposits, reviews accounts payable invoices, enters invoices, routes them for approval, and generates checks. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and operations while delivering hospitality-focused service.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads to health center residents according to diet orders. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and non-food items, and follows dietary specifications and safety standards. Requires communication skills, basic arithmetic, understanding of measurements, empathy for older adults, physical stamina, and the ability to lift and move food service carts.

Manage daily dining room operations in a senior living community, including staffing, scheduling, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, and customer experience. Lead, train, and supervise serving staff; maintain dining areas and workstations; ensure efficient service and adequate supplies; answer menu questions; and assist with table service, dish clearing, and dishwashing.
