Design polished reports, publications, presentations, social graphics, and data visualizations that translate complex health care analysis into accurate, accessible, on-brand visuals. Build templates, infographics, icons, and simple animations; ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance; coordinate feedback, proofread final materials, and support project timelines and presentations.

Coordinate communications projects: schedule and document stakeholder meetings, draft and edit newsletters, reports, website and social media content, produce videos/infographics, support webinars and virtual events, and help develop marketing and dissemination plans.

Lead a team of 5-6 data engineers while contributing hands-on to ETL/ELT development and platform modernization. Oversee Talend/Qlik integration against Snowflake, manage projects, enforce governance and security, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to support enterprise data platforms and analytics.

Design, document, and execute manual and scripted tests for CHIA web applications and data warehouse/ETL systems. Create test plans/cases, log and triage defects, collaborate with developers and business analysts, use synthetic datasets to validate data integrity, and follow test methodologies and documentation standards.
