The Senior Associate Scientist will analyze and visualize data, collaborate on screening strategies, and validate hits for drug discovery using the EMMI platform.

Develop and scale reinforcement-learning systems that close the loop between automated labs and reward models. Build synthetic data engines and inference infrastructure for large-scale training, maintain evaluations of learned policies using proprietary experimental datasets, and address real-world challenges like experimental noise and expensive queries.

Develop and experimentally validate novel ML architectures to improve prediction and design of in‑vivo molecular interactions, extending structure‑informed generative models to causal models and integrating with deployed drug‑design workflows.
