Work as a hands-on junior ML engineer building generative AI apps, traditional ML models, and MLOps solutions. Implement and maintain model training, inference pipelines, and LLM systems while being mentored by senior engineers and delivering client projects.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML and LLM systems (RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, agentic workflows). Own end-to-end technical delivery, collaborate with client teams, mentor junior engineers, improve MLOps/CI/CD, and shape internal best practices and tooling for scalable AI products.

Lead client-facing architecture and delivery of production-grade GenAI systems. Design scalable LLM, agentic, RAG, recommender, and LTR solutions, manage client engagements, mentor ML engineering teams, and oversee project lifecycle from discovery to deployment and monitoring.

Own AWS ecosystem relationships and the full sales cycle: generate partner-sourced pipeline, lead discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and post-signature account management. Drive co-sell motions, AWS Marketplace positioning, and maintain partner tier by meeting co-sell KPIs and certification benchmarks.
