As an Associate Benefits Operations Analyst, you'll manage administration processes, provide technical support, analyze system configurations, and ensure seamless data processing for benefits administration.

Support and configure a proprietary benefits platform: diagnose and resolve production defects, implement client configurations for plan changes, produce configuration designs and estimates, perform technical analysis, and collaborate with the Implementation Team to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud application server infrastructure, respond to alerts, perform patching and upgrades, support disaster recovery and deployments, provide technical support to clients and teams, maintain CMDB and technical documentation.
