Owns the activation and growth of signed partners as customer acquisition channels. Responsibilities include building repeatable activation playbooks, onboarding partner representatives, launching field programs, managing the access-to-revenue funnel, diagnosing conversion gaps, and documenting scalable processes. The role works across executive, operational, and frontline partner teams, drives results without direct authority, and remains accountable for partner production and new customer acquisition.

Lead partner co-marketing strategy and execution for strategic alliances. Build joint go-to-market plans, activate co-branded campaigns, track partner-sourced pipeline and metrics, develop partner marketing playbooks and assets, and collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Brand, Field Marketing, Product, and Sales to drive partner-influenced revenue and program growth.

Lead end-to-end payments and risk operations for an embedded fintech platform: merchant onboarding, underwriting, transaction monitoring, disputes, and loss management. Build reporting, data pipelines, and dashboards; move from manual processes to AI-assisted decisioning; own Stripe and partner relationships; maintain compliance and controls; present metrics to leadership; and hire and scale a lean operations team.
