Synapse Health Benefits Overview

Act as primary contact for Synapse Equip users, triage and manage helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot software and DMEPOS issues, document interactions, support onboarding and training, escalate complex problems, and contribute to support documentation and product-improvement feedback.

Lead design and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks and end-to-end integration tests. Build automated suites (Playwright/C#, Java, Test Sigma), integrate tests into CI/CD, reduce flakiness, analyze test results, triage defects, and drive risk-based testing and modern QA practices across engineering and product teams.

Lead end-to-end implementations for payer and health system partnerships, driving multi-state launches from planning through post-launch review. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop implementation plans and timelines, manage risks and scope changes, analyze readiness and outcomes, and document scalable processes and playbooks to ensure timely, high-quality go-lives.
