Lead design and delivery of HV/MV substation and utility interconnection projects for hyperscale data centers. Lead design coordination for large-scale data center projects from kickoff through permitting and construction handoff. Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, schedules, documentation, stakeholder coordination, site visits, and escalation of design decisions to ensure schedule, cost, and quality alignment.

Coordinate logistics, track owner-furnished equipment shipments, maintain purchase orders and inventory records, support deliveries and vendor meetings, monitor materials and prepare project reports to reduce delays and improve coordination.

Design and support EPMS and BMS control systems for hyperscale data centers, develop sequences of operation, review design deliverables, maintain Division 25 documentation and standards, coordinate with consultants and vendors, and support chiller plant sequencing, system integration, and continuous improvement efforts.

Design medium- and low-voltage electrical systems for data centers, develop standards and specifications, review consultant work, support design through construction and commissioning, coordinate cross-discipline teams, evaluate equipment/technologies, and manage technical risks.

Coordinate and drive design execution for hyperscale data center projects: manage consultants, track RFIs/submittals/permits, ensure design deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality, support permitting and AHJ coordination, perform site and quality reviews, and maintain project documentation and status reporting.

Lead strategy and execution of utility-scale power generation and battery storage projects from site evaluation through commercial operation. Manage a portfolio of greenfield and brownfield projects, oversee permitting, interconnection, transmission planning, commercial agreements, financial modeling, and stakeholder relations. Partner with cross-functional teams, present to executives and board, and build a high-performing development organization.

Own development, governance, and tracking of non-recurring cost (NRC) estimates across customer solutions. Produce ROM, budgetary, and detailed estimates; align assumptions with engineering, construction, sales, and finance; track NRC exposure and changes; maintain templates and reporting; drive process improvements and educate internal teams.

Manage end-to-end procurement for large capital construction projects using Oracle Fusion. Support requisitions, POs, change orders, receiving, supplier sourcing and performance, long‑lead equipment procurement, and PO closeout. Partner with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Finance, IT, and Legal. Serve as procurement SME for Oracle Fusion SCM and integrations with PPM and Finance, support implementations/enhancements, testing, UAT, process improvement, documentation, and user training.

Lead design, review, and standardization of EPMS/BMS controls for hyperscale data centers. Develop sequences of operation, Division 25 documentation, and controls standards. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams; support chiller plant controls, equipment selection, integration, technical reviews, site assessments, and mentor engineers to improve performance and operational readiness.

Administer and support the full lifecycle of equity and long-term incentive programs, manage grants and vesting events, maintain participant records, coordinate approvals and communications, prepare recurring reporting and dashboards, support compliance (SOX/SEC/GAAP), partner with Legal/Finance/Payroll, and improve processes through automation and system enhancements.

Lead design coordination for large-scale data center projects from kickoff through permitting and construction handoff. Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, schedules, costs, and documentation; perform site visits and quality checks; coordinate internal teams, consultants, and AHJs; escalate design decisions and report risks to leadership.

Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for the White Iron Forest program: procurement, logistics, inventory, supplier coordination, risk mitigation for long-lead materials, PO and supplier agreement management, KPI tracking, and cross-functional alignment to meet project schedules and improve processes.

Lead mechanical design for large-scale data centers, develop standards and Basis of Design, manage consultants, specify and qualify equipment, ensure code compliance, perform site visits, research cooling technologies, and improve cost, quality, and schedule across projects.

Manage customer implementations and connectivity projects across the sales lifecycle. Coordinate customers, carriers, and internal teams; maintain project plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables; support engineering initiatives and post-sales requests to ensure accurate, on-time service delivery.
