Own Swiftly’s day-to-day legal and compliance function, including contract and NDA review, business licenses, corporate records, insurance, customer documentation, and legal operations. The role independently manages calendars, renewals, repositories, templates, and workflows while escalating complex issues to the CFO or outside counsel. It also supports procurement submissions, privacy and data protection requests, audits, and cross-functional legal process training.

Owns renewals, retention, upsells, and cross-sells for mid-sized to large public transit agency customers. Responsibilities include managing account plans and success plans, building pipeline, leading the sales cycle, preparing proposals and ROI presentations, demonstrating the platform, navigating procurement and RFPs, meeting quotas, and collaborating cross-functionally to expand customer value.

Build and maintain scalable, cloud-native full‑stack features and services. Collaborate with Product and Design to prototype, deliver, and document solutions. Work across backend and frontend, apply modern engineering practices, mentor teammates, and own product domains to improve transit operations.
