Own the platform’s performance, security, reliability, and operational foundations. Design scalable distributed systems, secure execution and software supply chains, improve CI performance, manage observability and alerting, automate compliance evidence and cost monitoring, respond to incidents, patch vulnerabilities, and convert recurring findings into guardrails, checks, conventions, and agent workflows. Collaborate across engineering, product, security, and finance while operating production systems and evaluating AI-driven engineering risks.

Owns Swamp Club’s marketing function end to end, including strategy, brand stewardship, content, customer amplification, podcasts, events, launches, digital marketing, and community engagement. Partners closely with founders, uses data and AI to test growth opportunities, produces daily communications, and builds awareness among developers, builders, customers, media, and industry communities.

Make product and architectural decisions for Swamp, a Deno-based CLI and distributed worker platform built with AI agents. Review implementation plans, guide architectural evolution, own domains such as extensions and workflows, manage acceptance testing, triage issues, and improve the documentation and conventions that direct agent development. The role requires strong software architecture fluency, systems thinking, production experience, product judgment, broad technical curiosity, and the ability to critically direct and evaluate AI agents.
