As an Account Executive, you will manage the sales process, develop solutions, nurture client relationships, and drive growth for Suite's offerings.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll develop and build tools for creative projects while leading feature development and collaborating with teammates.

Provide technical support for media and entertainment customers, diagnosing issues across post-production, media lifecycle, and VFX workflows. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve root causes, support feature releases, maintain documentation and escalation processes, and improve support KPIs. Lead debugging sessions, reproduce client issues, train customers, and mentor the Support team while contributing to product and process improvements.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through close, for Suite’s media collaboration platform. Develop value-based solutions, manage multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, create account plans, forecast accurately, maintain pipeline records, and identify expansion opportunities. Build relationships with champions at target studios while collaborating with internal teams to improve sales processes and drive adoption among creative and media professionals.

Lead design, administration, and scaling of GTM systems and automations to improve lead routing, lifecycle management, data quality, and pipeline hygiene. Build integrations, analytics, and forecasting dashboards, partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to optimize conversion and operational processes, and evaluate new GTM technologies to support high-growth B2B SaaS.

The Demand Generation Manager will handle strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns, improve funnel performance, leverage AI for audience targeting, and collaborate with sales to enhance lead quality.
