Strand Therapeutics Benefits Overview

Develop and execute cell-based analytical methods for mRNA and LNP therapeutics. Perform cell and molecular biology experiments, analyze data using statistical tools, support screening and process development, and assist with method transfer to external collaborators. The role requires mammalian or ex-vivo tissue culture, assay development, strong documentation, independent problem-solving, and collaboration across multiple projects in a fast-paced biotechnology environment.

Build and lead Strand's Regulatory Sciences function; define global regulatory strategy for preclinical and clinical programs; prepare and lead interactions with FDA (CBER) and other health authorities; partner with R&D, Clinical, and Operations to ensure regulatory-ready development; drive regulatory innovation and mentor teams.

Lead process sciences and innovation for mRNA and LNP platforms: scout and implement emerging technologies, design and run experiments to improve synthesis, purification and formulation, partner with Analytical Development on PAT and in-line monitoring, drive mechanistic understanding, mentor junior staff, and manage vendor and academic collaborations to advance scalable, high-quality manufacturing.
