Lead Industrials practice engagements: manage projects end-to-end, mentor junior staff, conduct primary research and executive interviews, analyze market and supply-chain dynamics, develop client-ready deliverables, and apply AI tools to improve research and deliverable efficiency.

Lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements, prepare financial statements, conduct technical accounting research, and manage client communications. Drive business development and operational improvements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance engagements for middle-market and PE-backed clients, including budgeting/forecasting design, driver-based modeling, KPI/dashboard reporting, transaction diligence support, post-acquisition integration, finance transformation, and interim FP&A leadership. Advise on ERP/CPM tools, implement data automation and visualization solutions, mentor junior staff, and drive business development.

Lead strategic FP&A engagements, develop management reporting solutions, and support financial transactions for private equity clients, ensuring finance transformation and operational excellence.

Lead or co-lead intellectual property damages engagements: perform research, financial and economic modeling, analyze statements and documents, draft expert reports, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and support business development while integrating AI tools into workflows.
