The Senior Sales Manager will drive hotel revenue by securing new business, managing key accounts, developing group and corporate sales, conducting prospecting and outside sales activities, negotiating contracts and room blocks, and converting leads. The role includes market research, competitor analysis, forecasting, CRM documentation, client relationship management, networking, and collaboration with Revenue Management, Operations, and hotel leadership. Local travel, flexible scheduling, and participation in industry and community events are required as needed.
