Support HRIS data entry, audits, and HR operations; manage support mailbox; prepare reports and dashboards; design and deploy AI-enabled automations; own end-to-end process improvements; manage small HR technology projects and support training and change management.

Participate in a 24-month rotational AI program across portfolio companies to identify AI opportunities, design and deploy AI agents, models, and dashboards, translate analytics for stakeholders, and develop scalable AI solutions leading to post-program AI or analytics roles.

Manage and grow distributor and end-user accounts across Latin America through solution selling. Prepare proposals, deliver sales presentations, attend trade shows, prospect and negotiate deals, manage pipeline and forecasting, and meet monthly and annual sales and margin targets while coordinating with Sales Director on pricing and product launches.

Support HR initiatives across talent development, HR operations, compensation, benefits, recruiting coordination, HR analytics, and employee engagement. Conduct research, generate HR reports, develop resource materials, assist program implementation, and contribute to special projects under the supervision of HR leadership.
