Own and grow key client relationships for nearshore staff augmentation accounts. Drive renewals, upsells, and satisfaction (NPS). Coordinate with delivery teams, surface insights, and manage multiple large B2B accounts while representing clients as a strategic advisor.

Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of U.S. tech clients. Drive renewals, upsells, and account expansion; act as trusted advisor; coordinate with delivery teams to ensure satisfaction, track NPS, surface insights, and stay current on staffing and tech trends.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and scalable MLOps pipelines. Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to build, monitor, and optimize production ML systems, document experiments, and identify ML opportunities.

Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React and Redux. Integrate with Node.js and RESTful APIs, write unit tests with JEST, perform code reviews, debug issues, and participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies while maintaining documentation.

Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI systems (deep learning, NLP, computer vision). Build APIs and microservices, integrate models into software stacks, optimize inference performance, maintain and retrain models, and research generative AI and advanced ML techniques.

Lead and manage IT project portfolio end-to-end: define scopes, develop roadmaps, run lifecycle management, mitigate risks, optimize team workflows, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with the Technology Director on Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, communications (Zoho, Google Apps), facilities integration, and bid support, while maintaining documentation, compliance, and post-mortem improvements.
