Translate technical LIMS capabilities into industry-specific value propositions, support enterprise sales cycles, influence product roadmaps through market and customer insights, and partner with Product Management and field teams. The role requires a proactive product marketer comfortable with technical buyers, regulated industries, complex products, and fast-moving teams.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads for STARLIMS, rapidly respond to prospects, book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, research accounts, capture customer requirements, and provide feedback to sales and marketing to help grow pipeline and conversions.

Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into actionable plans, run cross-functional programs (product launches, M&A integration, GTM), own ELT and board meeting operations, build company-wide OKR and QBR processes, and create reporting systems that drive accountability and execution.
