Manage, coach and lead a team and effectively engage with other HR team members outside of direct reporting chain to accomplish objectives.
Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
In collaboration with HR leadership, develop and recommend plans of action to achieve business solutions. Utilize data reporting tools, networks, subject matter knowledge and best in class practices to acquire and analyze information to support data driven decision-making and to formulate recommendations.
Manage the delivery and execution of HR operations and talent management solutions in support of business objectives for assigned business units.
Serve as a consultant, coach, and strategic partner to the management team on HR-related issues.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and change management.
