Create and manage prospecting campaigns to develop new business. Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts. Establish a strong and consistent cadence of in-person meetings and organising/attending networking events. Present Intralinks’ business solutions using appropriate sales approaches and techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations and efforts. Work with senior management and corporate counsel, negotiate contracts and provide all follow-up to deliver signed contracts. Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast to increase visibility of short- and long-term prospects through our CRM system salesforce.com Meet agreed monthly/annual performance in both client activity (meetings/demos etc.), market knowledge development and quota achievement.

Responsible for defining goals and priorities for the team and shaping the team’s career paths. Builds automation to compile, assemble and deliver complex source code into finished products or other software components, which involves: Determining whether to deploy new products or to delay their release. Ensuring that all finished products are prepared and delivered into the production environment in a consistent and structured fashion to minimize errors. Designing and implementing build scripts by adding new artifacts to bring all completed work to a production level. Evaluating and making recommendations on the selection of new release engineering tools and making improvements to existing release engineering standards and procedures.
