Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based startup roles, including proactive sourcing, pipeline development, candidate engagement, recruiter screening, hiring-manager partnership, ATS management, and offer execution. The role focuses on specialized GTM and delivery positions, requires creative sourcing and AI recruiting tools, and involves managing multiple priorities independently during U.S. business hours on a six-month contract.

Own enterprise customer relationships from program launch through renewal. Lead onboarding, implementation, cohort launches, account cadences, business reviews, issue resolution, program health monitoring, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Admissions, Program Success, Finance, and Learning teams while reporting outcomes such as completion, placement, and NPS. Build scalable processes and represent client needs internally.
