Owns cost accounting and inventory management for a CPG manufacturing business, including standard costing, COGS, variance analysis, inventory reconciliations, BOMs, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and process improvement. Partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounting to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Manages customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, shipment, delivery, and invoicing. Coordinates with sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, warehouses, carriers, and customers to resolve order exceptions, shipment delays, claims, and delivery discrepancies. Monitors order and delivery performance, supports customer-specific requirements, and contributes to process improvements and system enhancement projects.

Own supply chain planning, purchasing, production planning, product allocation, inventory control, and finished-goods management. Execute transactions in NetSuite, manage inventory across third-party sites, coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams, resolve shipment discrepancies, and support inventory reconciliations and lot tracking. The role also analyzes data, improves procedures, and helps achieve sales, margin, and customer-service goals.
