Assists with day-to-day parking facility operations, customer service, client relations, equipment maintenance, cleanup, safety reporting, and supervisory duties. Ensures operations follow company policies and contractual guidelines, supports facility management, substitutes for other positions as needed, and maintains knowledge of the garage and surrounding area. Weekend schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Supervise and support daily parking-location operations, ensuring contractual and company standards are met. Assist with customer service, client relations, equipment maintenance, facility cleanup, safety reporting, staffing coverage, and general management duties. Maintain knowledge of the garage and surrounding area, report incidents and hazards, and support a professional customer experience. The role requires physical activity, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and a valid driver's license only when driving on company business.
