Provides high-trust administrative and operational support to founders and C-suite leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, executive communications, travel and expense management, confidential information handling, leadership cadence support, action tracking, and process improvement. The role serves as a liaison among executives, employees, partners, vendors, and stakeholders while anticipating needs and ensuring effective execution during periods of rapid change.

Own technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, using SQL, dashboards, and user behavior data to define metrics and optimize the user funnel and internal systems. Translate operational requirements into technical product specifications, align engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, launch features, and iterate based on performance data and feedback. The role emphasizes scalable systems, automation, quality, documentation, and measurable business outcomes.

Provide proactive legal counsel to Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle, implement privacy-by-design, lead privacy assessments (including AI features), draft and maintain user-facing product legal documents, advise on data-sharing/vendor integrations and ad/marketing compliance, and build playbooks to scale product operations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Lead corporate and finance legal work including financings, M&A, governance, entity management, and IPO-readiness. Draft and negotiate transactional documents, build governance and securities-compliance processes, manage outside counsel, and partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and Compliance to scale legal infrastructure for a fast-growing healthcare startup.

Provide legal and regulatory guidance on HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state healthcare rules. Advise cross-functional teams on compliance for products and operations, perform audits and monitoring, draft policies and training, review vendor agreements, support investigations and remediation, and monitor regulatory developments to improve the company compliance program.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and application platform to enable rapid deployments, troubleshoot incidents, design self-healing systems, join on-call rotation, and support product and data engineers with observability and networking expertise.
